With more than two decades of experience in the music industry, Betsy Lee is known for her sharp attention to detail and expertise in tour management. She has extensive worldwide touring experience and, while working at FBMM, has served as interim European tour accountant for her clients. Since 2021, Betsy has overseen touring acts totaling more than 1,100 shows in 22 countries. Her team has also nearly doubled during the same timeframe.
Behind the Scenes
Betsy is a member of the Recording Academy, the Country Music Association, the Academy of Country Music, the Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID) and SOURCE. She is a member of Leadership Music’s Class of 2025 and CMA’s Women’s Leadership Academy Class of 2024. She also serves on the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s Troubadour Society advisory board and as treasurer for IEBA.
Betsy volunteers with many organizations, including Pet Community Center, Thistle Farms, Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity and Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue. She is also the Philanthropy chair for FBMM.

• It’s all about balance. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and fostering dogs, and also prides herself on having the best-decorated house on her block at Halloween.
