A culture that keeps us competitive.

It is important to us that talent at FBMM reflects the world we live in because different backgrounds and perspectives benefit everyone. We are committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce and workplace where all voices are heard and your authentic self is accepted, valued, and respected. Open conversations and continuing education remain a vital part of our culture.

Always Learning

Our in-house, academy-style program is a resource for institutional knowledge about the music industry and FBMM’s culture.

Professional Mentorship

Everyone wants to help you learn and grow. We are committed to developing the next generation of leaders through our mentorship program.

Competitive Benefits

We want you to have a career and not just a job. FBMM proudly offers a generous benefits package, paid time off and 12 paid holidays per year, education reimbursement program, resources for mothers, profit sharing, and more.

Community Involvement

Giving back is part of who we are. We offer paid-time volunteering and support a range of charity events: St. Jude walk/run (we even train together), Habitat for Humanity builds, Annual Second Harvest Food Drive, Annual Salvation Army Angel Tree, W.O. Smith School, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, and many more!

Good Times

Once the work is done, we have fun – from field trips to client shows, to team-building events, to concerts on our patio, we play together as a team too.
