Jen Conger has been a powerhouse business manager at FBMM throughout her two-decade career and was named an owner of the firm in 2023. She is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of her clients’ finances and serves as the primary contact for her extensive roster of high-profile artists and producers. Jen is known for her expertise in domestic and international touring, sponsorship and endorsement deal negotiations, commercial insurance, estate planning, and overall royalty analysis.
Behind the Scenes
Jen is a member of the Academy of Country Music, the Country Music Association, the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, SOURCE, and the Country Music Hall of Fame’s Troubadour Society. She is also an alumna of the Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID) and a member of the Leadership Music class of 2020.
Outside of work, Jen is passionate about giving back to the Nashville community, spending her free time volunteering with multiple organizations like Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital’s Rock the Cradle annual fundraiser, Room In the Inn, Nashville Rescue Mission and Toys for Tots.

• She has played an integral role in the development and execution of six sold-out concerts held at Bridgestone Arena, in which the proceeds – over $4 million to date – benefited the Country Music Hall of Fame.
